Room clean but dated.lovely pool

Great little hotel situated off the beaten track in Koh Samui. It is a nice base with good sized rooms, large, clean bathrooms and is overall great value for the money. There is a nice pool area overlooking the water with steps where you can walk straight onto the beach and a nice pool bar which serves homemade food and drinks. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend if you want something quiet and relaxing for a few days out.

The balcony was ace, we looked at the bungalows and decided being high with a balcony was preferable, Good shout. Be aware there’s nice steep 50 yard walk to the main road (150 yards away)where you can pick up a scooter for 250 baht or jump on a songthau for 50 to the resort, it’s a 20 minute walk. Just enough English spoken, Mel B on reception is just great. X

Very friendly helpful staff Rooms were spacious beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. Brilliant hotel with fab views.

The resort is lovely! The rooms were great and very spacious (we stayed in the executive room with a sea view), and the view was awesome. The room was clean. The location is great - it is not in the center of Chaweng - but a lovely walk (10 to 15 minutes) to the main beach spots. There are lots of restaurants close by so you are spoilt for choice, a 711 superette about 7min away, and a lovely pool area right on the beachfront. Would recommend it, as this resort is well-priced (in my opinion).

Quiet comfortable hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a partial view of the pool and a little bit of the sea. The room has everything, I was pleased with the presence of a bathrobe and a large balcony. Cleaning can be every day, on request fast/clean. The sea is very close, entry from the steps, comfort depends on the tides. If you walk a little behind the hotel, you can enter from the shore. Within walking distance there is a store, retail outlets and cafes. You need to walk about 1 km to the central streets of Chaweng. I did not eat at the hotel, the coffee is normal. I want to go back there again))

The staff were very friendly. Our room was amazing, incredibly large with 3 double beds, a bath, a huge balcony that wrapped around much of the room. We felt like royalty! There are plenty of good restaurants within 5 minutes and a convenience store about 10 mins away. There is an uninhabited island nearby which you can easily reach without swimming. Both sunrise and sunset are amazing at the swimming pool or in the shallow sea.
